Our firm frequently represents clients in complex securities-related matters in federal and state courts. For example, we served as lead counsel in complex federal class action litigation relating to the multi-billion dollar Madoff Ponzi scheme that we litigated in the federal courts of the Southern District of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeal. We are also serving as co-counsel for a potential class bringing claims against Pershing LLC in connection with the $7 billion Ponzi scheme perpetrated by Allen Stanford in Texas. Our fir m filed the first suit against Pershing, which was transferred from the Southern District of Florida to the Northern District of Texas by the Multi-District Panel.
